GRP Sleeve Hydro-Testing Machine
Sleeve couplings are tested on the Sleeve Hydro Testing Machine . The Sleeve Hydrotesting Machine ensures that each and every sleeve is tested to double the pressure ensuring leak proof joints. Pressure is applied by water pressure unit. All operations of sleeve sealing and filling are automatic.

GRP Sleeve joining & Off line grinding and cutting machine
Sleeves are joined with pipe on the sleeve joining machine. The Offline Grinding Machine is used for pipe cutting and grinding operations off line. Off line cutting and grinding is needed when shorter pipes, pipes for fittings or some repair work are required.

GRP Sleeve Grooving Machine
GRP Pipe Sleeve Grooving Machine is foreseen for sleeve grooving and cutting operation. Sleeves are made from a pipe, which is produced on CFW machine.

Laboratory Testing Equipment
Complete Laboratory Testing Equipment is supplied with the turnkey Continuous Filament Winding GRP pipe plants.
